I was born and raised in San Francisco and going to shows since THE SEEDS in the mid-60's...and never once been to the Fillmore before this. This has got to be one of the top ten shows I have ever been to. The venue was awesome and CHICKENFOOT rocks the right way. Nothin's better than a FUN FUN show and I can't wait 'til Berkeley in September! Thanks guys, for getting together. We've been going to Joe's shows for years and years -- I guess he won't be coming back to Santa Rosa anytime soon. BOO HOO.

This was the best show I have seen in FOREVER! I have followed Sammy all over and have seen him over 50 times in the last 15 years. I truly thought he put on the best show ever...that is until CHICKENFOOT! I love them!

The energy that flows between them is amazing and very contagious that it bleeds out into the fans. Chad on the drums makes you feel like your the only one in the room and the beat is playing in your heart. He can play, and play them hard...and all with a smile on his face. Joe brings an element of fire to the stage. Vibrant and new sparks fly as he rips through those chords. Mikey thoroughly enjoys what he does and it comes through his bass. Sammy is more full of life and energy then ever before. He sounds better then he has ever sounded.

The best show because every one of them is up there playing their hearts out for us and doing it with a smile and a laugh. Their commeraderie shows up on stage and you can tell this is a band that wants to be there as well as love what their doing.

I can't wait to see them in Tahoe!!!

The Fillmore Auditorium. As one of the 9-date "Road Test Tour" stops, the Fillmore was a great venue to see this new "Super Group" have a bunch of fun while performing their all the tunes from their forthcoming release.

The band {Sammy Hagar (Montrose, Van Halen) on vocals, Joe Satriani on guitar, Michael Anthony (Van Halen) on bass and Chad Smith (The Red Hot Chili Peppers) on drums} really had a good time - and most certainly the 1,100 folks in attendance did to!

Sammy still shows that he can ROCK - trading riffs with Joe Satriani on Bad Motor Scooter, bring back memories of the Montrose days! The solid performance by Michael Anthony was impressive. But, Chad Smith on drums - now that was just amazing. These guys commented on the fact that they 'feel' like they've been playing together for years - and their performance really seemed as if they had. Cranking out some fresh new Rock-N-Roll tunes - and having a great time doing so - really got the crowd into the show...

As impressive as the Fillmore Auditorium was, I'm looking forward to catching "The Foot" on their 30+ date tour of the USA after their month long European tour...
